Hi. My name’s Andy Smith. woollyhat is my website. I’m a Belfast Ballyhalbert-based web designer and photographer.

I design good-looking websites that work for you and your visitors. All my sites conform to the latest Web Standards and use XHTML and CSS to provide you with a site that is stylish, functional and accessible to all.

Don’t understand the jargon? Don’t worry! I’ll help you through the process and ensure that you finish with a site to be proud of and, more importantly, that your visitors will enjoy.

Whether you want a simple site that needs updating infrequently or a large site that you need non-Websavvy staff to update regularly, I can help. I use hand-coded XHTML (the language of the Web), Dreamweaver (a great Web-authoring program) or Textpattern (a flexible content management system) to make your Web presence work for you.
